How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the title Cancel order as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been submitted.
Do you issue refunds
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or exchanges on cosmetic products for hygiene purposes. This does not affect your statuary rights.
Do you test on animals?
We DO NOT conduct tests on animals.
What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?
Please be assured that all of our products are tested to the highest standards. If you experience an allergic reaction, please seek a doctor's advice. You maybe able to identify the ingredient in question, so as to avoid products containing that ingredient in future.
Please consider alternative causes, allergic reactions can occur at any time and with any substance, even with a product used previously with no ill effects. Even the term 'hypoallergenic' simply means that a product has been researched to minimize the risk of an allergy, however, it cannot guarantee against idiosyncratic reactions. You may be interested to know that approximately 10% of the population are allergic to fragrances, 5% to preservatives and 2-3% to general ingredients such as lanolin and detergents.
